MONROE, N.J.--Carl Falco of Falco Design came up with the greatest idea!!! As a college student and early in his career, Mr. Falco worked for an interior design company, Exclusive Decorators, and part of his responsibility was to hang anything that was part of the finished décor. Mr. Falco learned how to arrange pieces of art and artifacts, as someone who has an innate intelligence for spatial relationships. What he learned through this experience was more than just hanging works but importantly about how to balance and arrange pieces, determine proper heights, colors and groupings.

Mr. Falco, created his business, THE HANGMAN PRO!!! Carl is not a handy man but rather a professional hanger who will hang just about anything on your wall and or window!

At this point, through advertising locally in Monroe Township especially, Carl’s clients are mostly but not limited to the 55 and over set, many of whom have relocated and often have downsized but still have family portraits, works of art, antique clocks and other such artifacts to be hung in their new spaces. While Carl has hung paintings perhaps worth thousands of dollars, he told us most of his clients are concerned specifically about their family pictures! The most family pictures he hung in a day were 42!

Mr. Falco consults and hangs in professional spaces as well as residential. THE HANGMAN PRO !   or call us today...732-354-6464

Mr. Falco is all about pleasing the customers so he does make suggestions respectfully but his motto is “to make the customers happy and to do the work in the very best way possible”!!! On occasion, Carl will help with valences or redoing a window blind but that is not his true objective. His goal is to ultimately “do what the client wants me to do with their art work, family photos, and artifacts”.

Carl enjoys working with clients who do have an open mind but more importantly he strives to establish creating trust between the clients and himself. He is respectful and patient as well as meticulous, aware that people are trusting him enough to let him into their homes, and when he leaves a home, one cannot even tell he was there doing the work. Carl has steady customers, such as a woman artist who does large tapestries and so he has returned to her home often to hang her new pieces.

Mr. Falco also hangs televisions, monitors, mirrors, and such objects like antique clocks. His joy comes from the consultation and collaboration with his clients, wanting the homeowners to enjoy their pieces. Often, Carl will lay out pieces on the floor before we hang them along the wall, discuss the concerns and desires of the customers, gently making suggestions but honoring the customers wishes, before putting a hole in their wall!

Carl started The Hangman PRO only six months ago and is looking to expand the business as he already is quite taken up with clients. He has some unique ideas, considering opening his “Hangman PRO Institute” where he would train others to take on this unique and necessary skill set. He also would enjoy doing small seminars for homeowners because it is actually not that hard to hang but it does take spatial ability and design sense in order to arrange pieces in a pleasant and artistic manner.  Currently Carl’s business is centrally located in Middlesex County but he would consider moving into other areas of New Jersey as well if he had the properly trained help.

Head Chef Minerva Torralba & Owner of Tornandez Restaurante is seen above Tuesday,  June 5th 2018

POINT PLEASANT & BRICK, N.J--Looking for authentic Mexican food along with a sense of family and community? Then you must dine at Tornandez Restaurante Mexicano where you will find such traditional Mexican dishes such as the Tacos Al Pastor (marinated pork with pineapple) or the popular Mole Poblano (chicken in poblano mole sauce served with rice & tortillas)!  Ms. Minerva Torralba is the owner and head chef, an entrepreneur who arrived in the USA from Puebla, Mexico on July 4, 2001.  The restaurant has been in existence since July 9, 2013 and now, after customers pleading for another restaurant opened their 2nd location in Brick, New Jersey in the heart of the shopping and business districts.

Not only is Ms. Torralba devoted to preparing her food authentically with only the freshest ingredients, she is committed to delighting her customers with the dining experience of surroundings which are simple yet elegant and beautiful.  Ms. Torralba is the mother of 3 children, Kaztenny, Aisha and Christopher, who all enjoy helping their mom in the business.  Family values are extremely important to Ms. Torralba and one can tell from speaking with her and her children, how devoted they are to one another and to their community and the success of the family business.

Tornandez Restaurante Mexicano Business Manager, Mrs. Evy Havlik, the owner of www.soulinspiredconsulting.com originally assisted Ms. Torralba with the restaurant's social media management, but when customers kept asking for new locations, Minerva immediately hired Evy as a Business Consultant to help open her second location.  The new restaurant in Brick, N.J. will soon be having its grand opening.  It will be larger, able to accommodate more customers, large parties and catering as well.  As Mrs. Havlik said, "It takes a village!" And when one meets with both Ms. Torralba and Mrs. Havlik, as this reporter stated, "It's inspirational to speak with someone who came to the United States and built from scratch a successful business."  The reporter for NJnewsjersey had the opportunity and pleasure to also interview two of Ms. Torralba's children, Aisha and Kaztenny.  Aisha said "I have always loved working in my mom's restaurant, I started in the kitchen at just the age of 8.  I love to waitress but also love cooking by following my mother's recipes".  Aisha actually memorizes them and creates her own as well.  Aisha's dream is to one day be head chef and she is already a young entrepreneur helping at the family restaurant.

Kaztenny has also been very much involved in the restaurant ever since it began, actually training wait staff, paying bills and assisting as needed.  She enjoys having the same customers come in time and time again.  What Kaztenny enjoys the most is the conversations with the customers, building relationships and a sense of community with them.  "As a teenager, it's hard because sometimes I do miss being with my friends, but I have learned I am supposed to be here.  I don't always appreciate it but I realize it!"
Just from interviewing Minerva's two daughters, one gets the sense of how family values, integrity, and hard work is so extremely important.  It is what has created such a strong family and successful business.

Now with Summer approaching, it's time to enjoy authentic Mexican food, not Americanized, not fast food, but really fresh Mexican food!  Minerva Torralba's recipes are a combination of those she brought from Mexico and some she has created here.  Minerva Torralba welcomes everyone to Tornandez and looks forward to everyone enjoying her family recipes.
Tornandez Restaurante Mexicano will be having their Grand Opening on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at 249 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, New Jersey.  They will be open from 10 am to 10 pm and will have their ribbon cutting by the Brick Chamber of Commerce at 2 pm.  Evy Havlik wants you to know that a live Mariachi Band will be there for your entertainment from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and they will be raffling off a few gift certificates to Tornandez to be used at a future date.  In addition, their Point Pleasant restaurant location will also be open from 10 am - 9 pm.

Over 60 Business Owners Traveling To New Jersey To Learn How To Become ‘Relentless’ For Business Growth

East Brunswick, NJ – May 15, 2018 – CEO Warrior is a New Jersey-based coaching and training company for service businesses. From Tuesday May 15 through Friday, May 18, more than 60 business owners from around the country will be at CEO Warrior’s Headquarters in East Brunswick New Jersey for training, which includes highly respected business experts, in-depth business training sessions, and even fire-walking.

Business Owners Will Learn An Unexpected Trait Of Business Growth

“One of the most powerful traits for a business owner to lead his or her company successfully is the trait of being relentless,” says Mike Agugliaro, co-founder of CEO Warrior. “Yet, very few realize the value of this trait so it’s often overlooked, and companies suffer.”

From May 15 through May 18, more than 60 business owners will come to East Brunswick New Jersey to learn the value, power, and opportunity of what it means to be relentless in their business.

The event will take place at CEO Warrior’s Headquarters and includes four full days of training, interaction, guest speakers, and even some unexpected activities, all designed to train business owners how to grow their businesses.

“We dig in with powerful, field-tested strategies,” explains Rob Zadotti, co-founder of CEO Warrior, “and we’ll also be focusing on how to build this overlooked skill of being relentless, which will help business owners take their companies to the next level.”

“Most people start something and stop it too quickly,” adds Agugliaro, “but when you learn to be relentless, you become like water: which looks like it flows around an obstacle but over time has the power to cut through rock. That’s what participants will learn this week.”

The Experience Will Be Unique And Memorable For Attendees

“This isn’t like the kind of training you might see at other industry organizations,” says Zadotti. “We hold these events two or three times a year and we’re always changing things to create a new, powerful experience each time.”

During this Relentless event, participants will spend time learning from Agugliaro, Zadotti, and the CEO Warrior team (which includes Master Advisors and support staff). Business owners will discuss challenges and opportunities that they are experiencing and they’ll receive in-depth training, including specific strategies and resources that they can bring back to their companies to apply.

Participants will also hear from well-known guest speakers, including Tim Grover, author, speaker, and performance coach for such athletes as Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Dwayne Wade, and hundreds other NFL, MLB, NBA, and Olympic athletes. “Tim Grover will show business owners who to be relentless in business in the same way that athletes are relentless at the top of their sports.”

Another highly respected guest will be Kevin Axtell, Director of the Fire Walking Center. Through his dynamic skill of fire art, Axtell will dazzle the audience with magic and stunts. “It’s a powerful and life-changing practice,” says Agugliaro. “The business owners who participate will be transformed in their minds, which will have a profound impact on how they lead their businesses.”

Only Select Businesses Are Able To Attend This Exclusive Event

CEO Warrior trains business owners from all over the world. However, not everyone is able to attend this Relentless event. “We have public events, such as our Service Business Edge event from June 12-15 that are very popular and widely attended because of guest speakers like business expert Jay Abraham, direct marketer Brian Kurtz, and New Jersey business expert Mike Michalowicz,” explains Rob Zadotti, “but events like this Relentless event are closed to the public. Only those who have committed to a longer-term journey with CEO Warrior, by joining the CEO Warrior Circle, are able to attend.”

CEO Warrior Circle is an exclusive high level mastermind group that select business owners can apply to join, and members have seen dramatic growth in all aspects of business, from recruiting to marketing to profitability.

“When people hear about these closed events, they always ask us, “How can we take part?” Agugliaro says. “It’s not as simple as showing up. But for those who do get here, the transformation is life-changing.”

More About CEO Warrior And Its Co-Founders

CEO Warrior co-founders Mike Agugliaro and Rob Zadotti are New Jersey success stories themselves. They founded a different company, Gold Medal Service, in 1995. At first that company struggled and nearly had to shut it down but then they discovered the strategies necessary to build that company to over $32 million a year before they sold it in 2017.

Agugliaro and Zadotti also founded CEO Warrior, a high level coaching and training organization focused on helping other service business companies learn and apply the same strategies that helped them at Gold Medal Service. From HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies to dog training, from financial services to martial arts studios, CEO Warrior holds training events regularly at its 10,000 square foot facility at 154 Tices Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.

CEO Warrior works with business owners across the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand, creating a global movement in the home services industry. The company helps tradesmen grow their businesses and have the lifestyle they want from the business they have.
